Australian National Cake Decorating Competition 2013; 2nd Place & Silver Award , Master Category. Specimen Lily..

Alhamdulillah... Finally I won it... Silver Award and 2nd place Floral Sugar Art, Master Category: Australian National Cake Decorating Competition 2013. Thanks to my friend Rhonda Phillips for helping me out when I needed help.hurrayyy . This is Spinx Double Asiatic Lily..The participants need to create a stalk of sugar flower (with leaves without buds) 100% follow the Real Flower.The pictures below show the comparison of both handmade and real flowers.

JADUAL KELAS / CLASS SCHEDULE

Floral Sugarart Class.

Group Class.

This is 3 days WORKSHOP CLASS schedule from 9 am till 5pm. You will learn how to make 1 kind of main flower , 2 medium and 1 small flowers with foliage. In the class student will arrange the flowers into a spray of flower. The class also teach you how to mix gumpaste / flowerpaste dough, techniques on cutting and moulding flower and foliage , color mixing dusting and painting the flowers . Minimum 5 students per class. Private Class

This class designed to those students who want to explore floral sugar art in detail . Student are allow tho choose what kind of flowers and foliage that he or she want to learn and this is fixed to maximum 6 flowers but depends to complexity and the degree of difficulty of the flower. Minimum days that can be requested are 2 days and up to 4 days. Maximum 2 students per class . Class will be conducted by mix method Demos-workshop class. Please call for further info.. 0192349452

We have various imported cake stands such as
E shape, Tilt , free standing etc. The choice is yours on loan basis ( deposit Rm 100-150 ) without rental price.

Our cakes are priced according to flavour (Choices from above) not weight. Extra charge for cake’s filling, sugar flowers, cake topper, detail of art works or special request.Our cakes may be tailored to fit the customer's budget and themes.

The cakes are halal and made from imported butter and high-quality ingredients.
