I will conduct 5 tiers wedding cake class ( small group 5 students ) on 12th -15th May 2011 . Students will learn various techniques on cake decoration includes covering the cake, royal icing work ( brush embroidery, Australian modern stringwork, lace pieces,) modeling sugar ( butterfly, bride and groom, sugar ribbon ) Sugarflower ( tulip,lily, hydrengias, peony, rose, alstromeria etc) stencils and smocking in sugar, lacework and others. Still have 2 seats available for this class. The class start from 9am and finish at 9pm .
