Sugar Orchid Class.

My latest class Floral Sugar Art, Sugar Orchid is scheduled on 6 and 7 February 2010 ( 2 days class ).The exclusive class has been fully booked and I have looking forward to share the joyful and memorable experience with the 6 registered students. For the benefit of the students and the followers of this blog. I have updated photo of my very own sugar orchid arrangement that will be thought during the class. The lovely arrangement will be using my flower paste that are strong , paliable and easy to handle.The student will learn to create Philanopsis Orchid ( the queen of orchid. white in color also know as Moth Orchid) Renanthera ( Ruby red)and lemboglossium orchid or also know as purple rain. All the orchids will be arranged together with tropical foliage such as collius also know in Malay pokok ati ati , marantha leaf and tropical fern. Tuition fee for this class is RM 900 (per person) inclusive of Imported silicone veiners and recine mould, flowers & foliage cutter in different sizes.Material for class usage such as colors, tools and flowerpaste also will be supplied.

Tropical Theme Wedding Cake.

New creation of Lace wedding cake with tropical sugar flowers. Selection of antharium,frangipani,maranta, palm and collius leaves. Cake and bunga ini mengambil masa 4 hari untuk disiapkan. Teknik sugar lace digunakan untuk menghiasi chocolate cake ini manakala gubahan bunga antharium dengan filler flower frangipani digubah pada candle stand.pilihan pelbagai tone warna hijau pada tropical leaves digunakan untuk menaikan tema orange kuning peach pada cake.Thanks pada Mus kerana memberi peluang untuk cake expressions mencuba tema bunga tropical untuk menghiasi wedding cake yang ditempah ini. Cake ini berharga Rm 1250 dengan chocolate mud cake.Untuk Mus jangan lupa simpan bunga gula ini untuk kenangan perkahwinan.

Exotic Foliage, Tropical and Garden Flowers.

Beautiful, extraordinary and amazing.. I just finish up my advance class with master of sugarcraft and cake deco in Australia , John Quoi Hoi . He's very excellent and really talented in sugarflower,he was demonstrated these flowers for me.. foliage likes marantha leaf, croton leaf, elk fern, coleus, varieties of tropical orchids such as vanda and dendrabium , garden flower such as parrot tulip and large rose… puas hati , walaupun mahal kelasnya bertuah dapat belajar dgn John.. award winner from Australia National Cake Competition, Royal Show and State competition.

JADUAL KELAS / CLASS SCHEDULE

Floral Sugarart Class.

Group Class.

This is 3 days WORKSHOP CLASS schedule from 9 am till 5pm. You will learn how to make 1 kind of main flower , 2 medium and 1 small flowers with foliage. In the class student will arrange the flowers into a spray of flower. The class also teach you how to mix gumpaste / flowerpaste dough, techniques on cutting and moulding flower and foliage , color mixing dusting and painting the flowers . Minimum 5 students per class. Private Class

This class designed to those students who want to explore floral sugar art in detail . Student are allow tho choose what kind of flowers and foliage that he or she want to learn and this is fixed to maximum 6 flowers but depends to complexity and the degree of difficulty of the flower. Minimum days that can be requested are 2 days and up to 4 days. Maximum 2 students per class . Class will be conducted by mix method Demos-workshop class. Please call for further info.. 0192349452

E shape, Tilt , free standing etc. The choice is yours on loan basis ( deposit Rm 100-150 ) without rental price.

Our cakes are priced according to flavour (Choices from above) not weight. Extra charge for cake’s filling, sugar flowers, cake topper, detail of art works or special request.Our cakes may be tailored to fit the customer's budget and themes.
