Cake Of the Moth ( April ) Garden Rose

This cake has been made years ago..I have made this open rose by referring the actual rose's image from internet. The cake was covered by green fondant to suit the wedding theme. Its look bright green right? I don't like it, but the bride asked me this shade of color.

Last Demonstration in Australia

This is the last demonstration before I'm going back to Malaysia. Victorian Wedding Dress on Cake. Suppose I will demonstrate it in State Seminar but I don't think that I still have ample time.. So will demonstrate it for two monthly meetings in Adelaide on April and May 2009 . I guess this also will appears in Australian Sugarcraft Magazine but not sure which issue. You can see how I use only a lace mould and manipulate it to create different designs.... buat penat penat tapi tak dapat bawak balik...

JADUAL KELAS / CLASS SCHEDULE

Floral Sugarart Class.

Group Class.

This is 3 days WORKSHOP CLASS schedule from 9 am till 5pm. You will learn how to make 1 kind of main flower , 2 medium and 1 small flowers with foliage. In the class student will arrange the flowers into a spray of flower. The class also teach you how to mix gumpaste / flowerpaste dough, techniques on cutting and moulding flower and foliage , color mixing dusting and painting the flowers . Minimum 5 students per class. Private Class

This class designed to those students who want to explore floral sugar art in detail . Student are allow tho choose what kind of flowers and foliage that he or she want to learn and this is fixed to maximum 6 flowers but depends to complexity and the degree of difficulty of the flower. Minimum days that can be requested are 2 days and up to 4 days. Maximum 2 students per class . Class will be conducted by mix method Demos-workshop class. Please call for further info.. 0192349452

We have various imported cake stands such as
E shape, Tilt , free standing etc. The choice is yours on loan basis ( deposit Rm 100-150 ) without rental price.

Our cakes are priced according to flavour (Choices from above) not weight. Extra charge for cake’s filling, sugar flowers, cake topper, detail of art works or special request.Our cakes may be tailored to fit the customer's budget and themes.
