- I am CakeDesigner, SugarArtist and ChefInstructor base in Kuala Lumpur MALAYSIA. Previously I obtained my Diploma in Culinary Art from UiTM 1999 Bac, Hons Foodservice Management from UiTM 2002 Postgraduate Diploma in Gastronomy LeCordonBlue Australia and Master Arts in Gastronomy LCB University of Adelaide.I am also registered with a number of Associations such as Chef Association of Malaysia( CAM ),the InternationalCakeExplorationSociety (ICES ),the British Sugarcraft Guild UK (BSG) and the Australian National Cake Decorator Association ( ANCDA)and Cake Decorator Association of South Australia (CDASA). Thank you for that 2 days class Shahril. Nice photo of me there thou looks a little exhausted but over all I am very happy and satisfied to have that opportunity to gain knowledge in making sugar flower. I hope to attend another class soon may be in 2013 :)
