I am CakeDesigner, SugarArtist and ChefInstructor base in Kuala Lumpur MALAYSIA. Previously I obtained my Diploma in Culinary Art from UiTM 1999 Bac, Hons Foodservice Management from UiTM 2002 Postgraduate Diploma in Gastronomy LeCordonBlue Australia and Master Arts in Gastronomy LCB University of Adelaide.I am also registered with a number of Associations such as Chef Association of Malaysia( CAM ),the InternationalCakeExplorationSociety (ICES ),the British Sugarcraft Guild UK (BSG) and the Australian National Cake Decorator Association ( ANCDA)and Cake Decorator Association of South Australia (CDASA). With more than 10 years of experience as a cake designer and demonstrator, I also conduct cake-deco & sugarcraft classes.I have won several prizes in SouthAustraliaCakeCompetition, SquiresKitchenCakeCompetition (UK) and also participated as an competitor in Adelaide Royal Show . This paste is similar to ordinary flowerpaste/gumpaste but it has unique features which is the paste can be used to create beautiful and extra fine sugar flower. It can also be used to make fabric effect such as drapes ,ribbons scallops, frills, flounces,tussels or etc.The texture is soft,pliable ,easy to work, wired, vein and can even pick-up dust color. JADUAL KELAS / CLASS SCHEDULE


Floral Sugarart Class.


Group Class.

This is 3 days WORKSHOP CLASS schedule from 9 am till 5pm. You will learn how to make 1 kind of main flower , 2 medium and 1 small flowers with foliage. In the class student will arrange the flowers into a spray of flower. The class also teach you how to mix gumpaste / flowerpaste dough, techniques on cutting and moulding flower and foliage , color mixing dusting and painting the flowers . Minimum 5 students per class. Private Class

This class designed to those students who want to explore floral sugar art in detail . Student are allow tho choose what kind of flowers and foliage that he or she want to learn and this is fixed to maximum 6 flowers but depends to complexity and the degree of difficulty of the flower. Minimum days that can be requested are 2 days and up to 4 days. Maximum 2 students per class . Class will be conducted by mix method Demos-workshop class. Please call for further info.. 0192349452

Australian version- Australian love, 5 petals, 3D bell, moon,rectangular, hexsagon, rectang-hexsa,leaf, sphera,recta-sfera,eye drop etc.

Cake stand and Pillar
We have various imported cake stands such as
E shape, Tilt , free standing etc. The choice is yours on loan basis ( deposit Rm 100-150 ) without rental price.

Our cakes are priced according to flavour (Choices from above) not weight. Extra charge for cake’s filling, sugar flowers, cake topper, detail of art works or special request.Our cakes may be tailored to fit the customer's budget and themes.

The cakes are halal and made from imported butter and high-quality ingredients. The pricing is reasonable considering the number of factors involved in each piece-degree of difficulties, skill and art works, time and effort, and the use of imported sugarcraft art material.However we still can work within your budget.
